ICBSC NOTES: Beginning early January, Start-up document will be sent to Advisors. On or about January 20, 2026 Starting Position Files will be disbursed to Teams.

IN-PERSON INTENSIVE PHASE: April 23-25, 2026 in Anaheim, CA.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: 12-31-2025. Registrations sent by 11-30-2025 will be given first choice positioning in the 2026 competition.

REGISTRATION FEES DEADLINE: 01-15-2026. Fees are $2,100 per team of 4-6 students + 1-2 faculty advisors team for a maximum of 6 persons per team. The per team registration fee for each additional team from the same campus is $1,200.
